For customer:

If the customer wants to cancel the order then he/she should take the responsibility to cancel the order within ONE hour of the order which is placed, otherwise, no refund will consider for the customer. It is because over-cake is not pre-bake and is designed, to maintain the freshness and aroma of a cake it is very important for us to plan such a policy to make sure customers get good cake.

Please ensure first yourself for the order you want or not, as well as don’t order any fake orders through the site,, to just check if the website is working or not, if you have a query regarding anything about the website please contact us
If customers do such behavior again and again then we will never refund them for any cake and delivery charges

If our cake is not good or bad in taste we will refund you for the cake but you have to fill out the form completely, then we will according to our mistake we will refund you

  For Vendor:
Vendors should explain the cancel order, if they are canceling to take orders they have to inform us before the date, If vendors sell tasteless and spoiled products then they will be removed from the site.

If Cake is spoiled because of delivery, then the company will be responsible for this.
